Let the journey begin
My name is Kayla and I am so excited to start this program, although I will admit I am also a bit scared. I want to lose over 100 lbs in the next year and want to use HCG to help me. I am currently "watching what I eat" and excersing and it's been going really well for me. I hve been losing but I want something more darastic. It's so easy to put it on but so hard to get it off. But now that I have gotten use to working out and walking everyday I want to get to a smaller size so I can walk further....or run! and continue to work out which will help me to maintain my weight this time.
I don't really do the yo yo with dieting. Once I hit a certain weight I stay there for what seems like a long time. I am only 22 years old, will be 23 this summer. I have been overweight my whole life. I was recently engaged to my wonderful fiance Jay. He has a 6 year old step daughter and I realize now that I want to be around and be healthy for not only her but for my own children I want to have one day.
I am very excited to start this journey....
Sorry it took so long to get going on this blog, my mother is in town so I have been out and about for days.

Congrats on your engagement Kayla. HCG will change your life. I did it for about a month when this challenge came along. It is drastic so prepare yourself for the change. I could have done a lot better when I started the diet but lost 13 lbs. It's the most I've ever done. You can do it. I'm 30 and wish I had this chance when i was your age.

Congratulations on your engagement, and for being proactive about your health early on. I've done one round of HCG, and was so pleased - I still have a long way to go, but it's gratifying seeing such drastic results. You're going to do great!
