It's been a while.

So I am so ready to get started with the HCG. I have been so much research on the diet and dos and don'ts of this process. I am getting very anxious. My mother-in-law (to-be) is using HCG and it's amazing to see the results that she is getting I can't wait to join her in success!

It has been a crazy 2 weeks. I had family in town and then went and stayed with friends who have a new baby and just haven't' been at home much. It's so hard sticking to a diet when you are not at home! But I am still doing good with my walking and trying to eat better. I hope that I can really stick to this and get down to a weight that I am happy with.

So...here it is...teh BIG reason I want to loose wieght. I want to work really hard for the next 2 years and get in great shape and then have a baby!!! I am looking forward to having children but want to be at a healthier weight so I can run and play and watch my kids grow up.


Ok. Jay just got home and I need to do somethings around the house but I will be back sooner than last time to keep everyone posted. And once the weight starts to drop I will be sure to let you know.

Hi Kayla,

While reading your blog I feel like relating a part of my story to you.

I was so fond of sports. I did almost everything in relation to sports. Being a lady, I was called to be a guy, just imagine!

I could not let a weekend pass by, I was all the time at the seaside.

But it happened, I met with an accident and I had a broken sternum. I had to undergo so many operations. For about one year, I could not get my bum off the bed.

Everything was being done in bed. My life had changed in a jiff and had turned into hell.

I was taking so many medications. And due to the medications, I started eating a lot after approximately 4 months. Actually the side effect of the medication was that, I remained weak and I was feeling hungry all the time. So, my routine was, eating and sleeping.

I knew that I was putting on weight. When my health got better, I started walking a bit but I was not able to cope as this was a complete different way of living.

I put on like 67 lbs. I was really sad, depressed and everything negative that you can imagine.

While surfing on the net one day, I came accross the HCG and now I am to my normal weight but the difference is only that my lifestyle has changed. I cannot perform the same sports but in a way, I am glad that I have come back to my normal self.

What I would advise you is that, keep a good track of the HCG diet. You will definitely succeed.

You are really lucky that you have been selected for the HCG Challenge and that now you can see a dawn close by.

As there are people who are not even aware of the HCG and they keep fighting day and night to lose 1 kg and here, with the HCG, we can easily lose 1 lb per day.
